Angana Chakrabarti is an independent multimedia journalist based in Assam. She reports on politics, policy, health and environment, with a focus on the Northeast. She has contributed to CNN-News18 and ThePrint. She won the Mumbai Press Club’s RedInk Award for her report on the vandalism of mosques in Tripura in 2022.
