I started out as a correspondent writing about financial markets, but I have always had a keen interest in wildlife. So after a gap-year that I spent travelling, I began working for the Foundation for Ecological Research, Advocacy and Learning as a writer. Here, I work on the Frontier Elephant Programme to communicate stories about the changing behaviour of elephants in humandominated areas, as well as with farmers to find proactive approaches to mitigate conflict.
