Pia Sethi

Pia Sethi is an ecologist and conservation biologist with a doctoral degree in ecology from the University of Illinois. Pia’s interests and expertise relate to forest and conservation policy, the impacts of disturbance on the structure and functioning of tropical forest ecosystems, plant-animal interactions, traditional knowledge and community conservation. When not writing dry reports and papers, she likes nothing more than to travel, stopping now and then to admire a brightly hued flower or watch a gold-patterned babbler.
